The people here went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and were truly wonderful. They drove us to Embalse el Yeso, then even brought back something we'd left in our room. I'd highly recommend staying here while in Cajón del Maipo. 11/10!

We booked through booking, but when we arrived they said they were closed and not open at the moment. It was confusing and a waste of time.

The place was easy to reach and had nice facilities, but our stay was awful. The pool had leaves and what looked like fungus in the water. I cleared the leaves myself, and when staff tried to deal with the fungus, even more came up from the bottom. Back in our room, we found hair all over the shower despite it supposedly being cleaned. After using the hot tub that evening, we tried to shower and got only freezing water. It was still the same the next day, with no explanation from staff. We paid full price for poor service, so I can't recommend it.
