The hostel is a little way from the center, though still walkable, and there are much closer places to choose from. I also rented a bike, but it was low quality and difficult to ride. Paying in dollars was accepted when I asked, but the manager used his own inflated exchange rate and rounded it up too. That left me paying about 10-15% extra, so the stay wasn’t a great experience.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the WiFi was very good. Service was great too. It’s easy to walk around from here, and the bus terminal is nearby.

The kitchen is nice, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the staff were genuinely kind and ready to help. They also make the bed every day, which was a plus. Still, the place could use some attention. There isn’t much lighting, so it feels dark, and you have to ring a doorbell to get in. Reception isn’t always staffed, which can mean a wait. The common rooms don’t have a key, lockers are outside, and the work area has no power outlets, so it’s not a good setup if you need to work while traveling.

For 10 bucks, you get a clean, dependable hostel. Really good, I’d recommend it.

The rooms are on the small side, with barely enough space to move around and get into bed, but they’re cozy. The patio is spacious, and the upper terrace looks out toward the desert by day and catches the sunset in the evening. It’s close to the bus terminal and about a ten-minute walk to the center, which also means a quieter spot away from the tourists. The kitchen is equipped well enough for two people to cook at once, stays open around the clock, and isn’t too noisy. There’s hot water all day, three showers and two toilets, and you can pay with cash or card. The hosts are even nicer than the hostel itself.
