Be careful if you're transferred here from Hostel Possada. We were told it was full and sent to this place, but the owners then asked for a lot more money the next day than the amount we'd booked at Possada, even though we'd already paid in full. They said it wasn't their problem because it was a different hostel and that we should sort it out with Possada, but still demanded payment. They don't speak English, and they approached us as a group to ask for more money. As a couple staying somewhere we hadn't booked, we didn't feel particularly safe.

Andrea is always kind, available, and happy to help with whatever you need. The hostel is clean and relaxing, with a great location and good amenities, including the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Alessandro and I stayed at the hostal from May 16 to 18. We asked for an invoice (boleta) on the first day. The receptionist said she'd speak with the owner and that issuing it would be possible, but we still haven't received it. The owner hasn't even replied to our messages. They didn't keep their word, and it shows a lack of respect for guests.
