The stars were incredible from the open spaces outside the room, and the location felt peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful three-night stay. The owners were lovely and welcoming, and our room had loads of space and a very comfortable bed. Make time for the pool and sauna. I’d strongly recommend staying here when you visit San Pedro de Atacama.

My husband and I spent a month traveling around Chile, and Terra Luna was the best hotel we stayed at. Marie Carmen and Mauricio were the highlight, so kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The rooms were nice and the pool pretty, too. By car, you’re near the center, but far enough out to feel surrounded by countryside and desert. We recommend staying here 1000% if you’re lucky enough to spend a few days in Atacama.

Breakfast was always served, and the staff kept checking if we wanted anything else to eat. They were kind every time. The rooms were clean, and the beds were plenty big enough, so we got the rest we needed. We also found places to relax around the guesthouse, with a pool, hammocks in good spots, and more. We hadn’t expected much, but this family-run place made us feel genuinely welcome, more like part of things than just guests. It’s a safe place to stay in San Pedro, and I’d highly recommend it.
