Cozy, pleasant rooms, and breakfast is included. It's close to the city square. One annoying thing is that some plugs are tucked behind the bed.

Breakfast was the only bright spot in a really bad stay. We spent one night here with my family, who are visiting Chile on vacation. In one room, wastewater from the bathroom upstairs leaked in while my family were showering and spilled all over the room. Disgusting. All we got was an apology, and they didn't offer a discount for the room where my family member was soaked in wastewater. Another room's bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly: hair all over the shower and a terrible smell. There was also a strong smell of Raid cleaner when we checked in. It had faded a bit when we returned at night, but was still there. Very poor service and a horrible experience. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. 🤬🤬🤬

I came here hoping to relax, and I did. The place felt safe and welcoming, almost like being with family. It was clean, and breakfast was outstanding. An excellent experience.

A very welcoming place in a really safe area. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning and cable TV, and the private bathroom was spotless. Excellent service. 10/10.

Excellent service, with clean, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, and roomy bathrooms. I hope I find more hostels like this while traveling through Chile.
