AC Hotel by Marriott® Santiago Cenco Costanera

We slept really well, the room was sparkling clean, and both the A/C and sleep quality were 10/10. The room was spacious, the internet and location were great, and the hotel connects to a huge mall with an amazing food court. Big thanks to Mr. Yanko for arranging an early check-in and keeping our luggage for 24 hours. The BF team was simply amazing. Mr. Juan Carlos made sure we were well cared for, and the Chefs Ms. Shirley and Mr. Paola worked magic on our breakfast. We really appreciate you all. Customer service was 10/10.

The Luna Bar rooftop was a real highlight, with lovely nighttime city views and a great place to relax. During our two weeks at the AC Hotel Santiago, the team also sorted out car rentals, expeditions, and dinner reservations, which made the trip easy. Everyone we met was attentive and professional. We had a great stay.

The rooftop bar was a lot of fun at sunset, with great views, tasty drinks, and a lively atmosphere. We arrived in Santiago after an early flight and a long day of travel, and Tania at the front desk kindly got us into a room before the usual check-in time. She even put us on the top floor. The hotel is attached to a mall and has plenty around it, including the tallest hotel in South America. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Santiago.

Everyone we met on our first visit to Santiago was friendly, and we appreciated that. The one snag came on our last day: after using the gym, we’d finished the two bottles of water in the room and asked for two more. I was told the hotel only provides two a day, and they gave us just one. As a Titanium member, I didn’t expect such a small request to become a problem. If two extra bottles would somehow make the hotel unsurvivable, then my apologies. Otherwise, the resistance felt unnecessary after an otherwise positive stay.
