I wouldn't recommend it. The apartment is very nice, but renting it with the owner's personal things still there, including boxers, sweatshirts, pants, and socks, doesn't seem ethical to me. The power was out from 10 pm to 6 am, and the TV didn't work; there wasn't even a remote.
A good spot for an unexpected night at home, or even a quick date, at a much lower cost than a motel. The apartments are affordable and comfortable for the price, and the welcome when you arrive is excellent. They're nicely furnished and comfortable for a day or even a few pleasant hours. Everything is close by. I want to stress again how suitable they are for a short romantic encounter.
The host was a 7, and I'm grateful for the hospitality. The place was excellent, very comfortable, and welcoming.
