I booked at the last minute. The apartment building seems popular with working people, and it's very central, with easy access to everywhere. The apartment itself is a bit old, and the facilities inside need close attention or replacement soon. I was a bit disappointed that there was no tea, coffee, or toiletries.

We had a terrible experience at the apartments in Torre San Isidro. There were bugs, noise at night, and poor hygiene. The location is good, but being near the subway wasn't worth giving up safety and comfort.

I've never left a Google review before, but San Isidro, the apartments, are a dream and a real treat. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the Santa Lucia metro station. The owner is a sweetheart and very communicative. The bed, sheets, towels, toilet paper, and everything else were in perfect condition. The reception staff are lovely and kind too. Whenever I have to stay in Santiago, I go to Segura and San Isidro. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything was tidy and organized in each of the departments I was assigned to. The person in charge of data reception and coordinating the departments gave excellent service. There are also nearby shops for picking up basic things.

There is a heater, but the apartment feels neglected and could use more care and decor. The sheets were worn and stained, the pillows need replacing, and the broken handle makes the front door hard to shut.
