We spent 10 days here and found the place clean and well organized, with reception available around the clock. Markets and pharmacies are nearby, and it's especially handy for Bustamante metro and Santiago's main sights. For visitors, it's one of the best located places in the city. I'd recommend it.
The shower's hot water runs out after around 10 minutes, then takes about an hour to come back. The property is new, attractive, and modern, right in the middle of Santiago, which means it's a very busy place. There's a lot of noise during the day.
The common areas are excellent, and the neighborhood is quiet. There are parks, a hospital, veterinary clinics, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops close by. Really good location.
A nice place to spend a pleasant afternoon. There are different shops, a buffet where you can eat as much as you like, and ATMs. Underground parking is handy, too.
Bustamante metro is just a few steps away, in a very central and lovely area.
