The grounds were beautiful, and I loved the big open bar and restaurant area. The location was great, with an easy walk to the funicular and lots of restaurants. Staff were incredibly helpful, letting us check in early and helping with our heavy luggage.

I stayed here in 2014 and came back in 2025. It's a beautiful hotel in a great area, and the pool area is especially lovely. I'd recommend a short hike up San Cristobal Hill for the city views. I love this hotel.

The architecture is beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable for two. The service was five-star, and breakfast was complete. We also appreciated being allowed a late checkout. A really great hotel experience, and I highly recommend this place.
