The area made it easy to get an Uber, and the hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and a park. The hop-on-hop-off bus stop is right across the street, which was a great way to get around the city. The front desk team was great, especially André. I had a medical emergency, and he took the time to call around looking for a specialist and hospital. I really appreciated it. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were exhausted after an 18-hour journey and arrived at 11 a.m. the next day. They welcomed us and got us settled right away. Breakfast has a good range, so there's something to choose from. It's near a Mall where you can exchange money and get food. The cleanliness, location, and internet were all fine. Thanks, and greetings from Romania.

The shower pressure was low, but it still got us clean after all the places we visited. That was our only small complaint. Of all the places we went in Chile, this had the best setup. The hotel was lovely, with a great breakfast and excellent service with a smile. Staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and had a sense of humor. We had a great stay.

The place was clean and quiet, and it looks very modern, but the service was lackluster and we couldn't sleep well. The air system barely worked, and the air conditioning only blew warm air. It was so hot and dry in the hotel that sleeping felt suffocating. The front desk said they'd send someone to look at our unit, but no one came. We also asked for a different kind of pillow. Staff said they'd provide one, but none of the pillows were changed. With the dry heat and uncomfortable setup, it wasn't a relaxing stay. I think the hotel mainly caters to commercial clients staying 1-2 days, which might explain the unresponsive service.
