This is more like a thoughtfully put together Airbnb than a hotel. Management stays in touch over WhatsApp and responds quickly, and every request was handled without anything left unresolved. It made the stay feel easy and personal. The rooms and building are tastefully designed, comfortable, and well laid out. Casa Cecilia is a gem in Santiago’s Las Condes / El Golf neighborhood, with classic Santiago character. Las Condes, Providencia, public transport, restaurants, and attractions are all an easy walk away. Downstairs, Bistro Cecilia has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a relaxed spot in this quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is included, and other orders get a 15 percent rebate. Calm and friendly, with a great location and design. We’d happily stay again, in fact, we’re already coming back in a week.

Ricardo was a total gem as host, quick to help whenever I needed something, including when my American plugin shaver tripped the outlet breaker. I wish I’d had longer to get to know him. The house is beautiful, and the stylish rooms are comfortable too. The wallpaper is really cool. I was lucky to stay here for my sister’s wedding. The restaurant staff were amazing as well. My Spanish isn’t the best, but they were patient and welcoming every time we came for breakfast or dinner. I’ll definitely return!
