The kitchen is tiny, with hardly any utensils. You could touch all four walls at once. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe to walk around, and there’s better value elsewhere.

The neighborhood is pleasant, and Gabriel Boric lives two blocks away 😁, so there’s a good Carabineros presence nearby. The place has a lovely colonial style, well-equipped rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and a very friendly host.

For a safe, self-sufficient stay in a good Santiago location, this is a great-value choice and I’d happily recommend it. It’s an affordable 1904 mansion with colonial character, so don’t come expecting luxury. I couldn’t have picked a better place.
