The apartment is spacious, with a full kitchen, and the bedroom is warm. The shower was good, with a curtain instead of glass around it, which is very common in Santiago. The location in Providência is very convenient, in a safe, busy area even at night, close to cafes, restaurants, shops, bus routes, and the metro. We arrived at night and picked up the keys at the building reception. When leaving, we were able to leave our bags there until it was time to go to the airport. They ask for payment in cash, in Chilean pesos, but it was easy to arrange payment several days after our stay since we had brought reals and still needed to exchange them. For a good exchange rate, look for any exchange house on the street during weekdays. The only things to improve were the door, which needed a trick to unlock, and the bedroom window, which wouldn’t close all the way.

The wardrobe was broken, there was no refrigerator, and the service was a disaster. We were squeezed into a tiny, basement-like room with four beds, all of them hard and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on the floor. We paid 4000 pesos for one night. I absolutely would not recommend this place. A total mess.

We had a great view, and the apartment was equipped with useful things like pots, a frying pan, and an electric kettle. Wi-Fi was good, and the owner handled things directly. The only issue was the street-facing apartment, which got pretty noisy at night.

The breakfast was good quality, with enough variety for different tastes, and the staff were quick and courteous. The rooms were clean, spacious, and smelled nice. The hotel is comfortable and well located, with a lovely view and fair prices. Worth staying here.

Set in central Providencia beside the Pedro de Valdivia metro station, these modern apartments were clean and comfortable. Each one has its own internet access and free Wi-Fi. They also provide tea, coffee, cookies, and bottled water. EXCELLENT.
