The reception desk was welcoming, and the room service was awesome. Breakfast was generous, and I was satisfied with it. The hotel has a small but comfortable gym and sits in a commercial area with markets, bars, and restaurants. For cheaper meals, I went downtown near Los heroes / UChile metro station, where there are less expensive restaurants. The internet worked only now and then, so I bought a chip and data instead.

The room was amazing, and I felt at home. The whole hotel crew were kind and helped my fiancee and me a lot, calling to arrange cars and sharing tips about the city. Such a good experience.

The rooms are quite large, with kitchens, and the cleaning was done well. This is a residence hotel, though, so there is no laundry service or restaurant for breakfast or lunch. It might suit a longer stay in Santiago, but for a work trip where you don't have time, the missing services make it a poor fit.

We've stayed here twice during our trip around the country. It's a nice hotel in a safe area, with plenty of options for food and drink.
