Rossana was very rude and unhelpful when I messaged her, sometimes taking up to 12 hours to reply. I’d avoid apartment 708 and any other apartment she manages or owns.

The bed linen was dirty, and there was hair all over the floor. When it came time to pay, they tried to charge me more for the night, and I had to spend an hour getting it sorted out.

The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. Shops, pharmacies, banks, and supermarkets are nearby, and Apoquindo metro station is just a five-minute walk away.

The rooms are great, with good accessibility and a convenient location. The internet is fast, and the garage is extremely good.
