Cozy Place

The neighborhood is peaceful and well connected by public transportation, and you can take lovely walks to Santiago's main attractions. It's a great option for a weekend away, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, though the bathroom is small but has everything you need. When I stayed in winter, the heating in the rooms and common areas wasn't enough, and the breakfast area felt a bit cold too. Breakfast itself was very basic. The property is well organized, but could use some improvements. I think the very helpful, kind owner will make them soon. It has great potential, and I'd stay here again if I return to Santiago.

The location is convenient for getting around and close to everything, but the area itself is quiet and good for relaxing. I had an excellent stay at this hostel. The staff welcomed me warmly when I arrived and were always ready to answer questions or help out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the common spaces were inviting. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

Cozy Place, run by German, was wonderful. He and the whole team put so much care into looking after us, especially Nicole. Congratulations to everyone. If I can, I'll come back many times to stay in this warm, family-like place with people who feel more like friends than hosts.

The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Service was excellent, too. I really liked the cozy feel, warm atmosphere, and rustic touches. I'd definitely come back, highly recommend it.
