The bathroom kept leaking, leaving the floor wet from the faulty pipes. It never flooded, but walking in to find water everywhere was uncomfortable. There's no hot water, so this place is okay if you're only visiting during the day.

I arrive at 2 a.m. in ten days, and still have no information about checking in. The hotel has no 24-hour reception, and I don't know what to do. I've been trying for months to confirm my stay, sending emails and WhatsApp messages and getting ignored. As I've told them dozens of times, the night before my arrival is already paid for.
