The room was nice, but breakfast was below average, and it wasn’t serviced at all during our three-night stay. The hotel is hard to find because it’s tucked into a shopping center. Our airport taxi driver was confused when Google maps directed him to a gated shopping area. One night we came back after 10pm to find the doors shut, then discovered there’s another hidden entrance. The surrounding area didn’t seem very safe to walk around at night.

The neighborhood isn’t the nicest part of town, but if you just need somewhere to stay for the night, this is a good option at really fair prices. It’s great value for the cost, with a comfy bed, a nice gym, a great breakfast, and a really tasty Chinese restaurant. There’s a nice Jacuzzi too. Highly recommended!

There isn’t much to do in this neighborhood, but the red line subway is only a 5-minute walk away, so it’s easy to get around Santiago. My room was large and very comfortable, and the staff were excellent. The front desk workers were friendly, and the housekeeping ladies were kind too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was really, really good apart from the confusing entrance if you arrive straight from the airport by Uber or taxi very late. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and it’s a very nice hotel.
