The building is old, dirty, and generally poorly maintained. The shared spaces, including the gym and pool, can't be used because they're not fumigated and have flies and cockroaches. The neighbors are noisy, and the neighborhood isn't a good place to live, even though it's only a few blocks from the Presidential Palace. Common expenses are high and unpredictable, with no clear breakdown of consumption or explanation of how they're calculated.

There's a witch in the building who lives on the top floor and usually has a gray cat. The giveaway is her squint!
