The neighborhood was a great fit, with the main sights close by without feeling too touristy. We could walk almost everywhere, and the metro was handy too. The hotel itself is a gorgeous old building. Staff were friendly, and Martin deserves a special mention for being so great. We loved our stay and would come back. 🌟

Renata was very rude. We’d paid extra for a large room with windows, but she tried to put us in a tiny room without any. She also charged us an extra $10 for paying by card, even though we had cash.

We stayed a few nights and found the room clean and peaceful. The hotel is pretty and quaint, close to the metro, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was provided each morning. There were a few hot water issues, but they accommodated us, so it wasn’t a major problem. I’d recommend it.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Since we had an early flight, they even offered to make breakfast for us at 5:00 AM. The historic building is beautiful, with a lovely view of the church across the way, and the room was spacious and attractive for an incredibly reasonable price. A perfect stay, highly recommended.
