I was satisfied.

Lorena, who manages the place, was really friendly and attentive. The apartment was comfortable, with a good bed and shower, and a kitchen stocked with basic utensils. It was good value for money. The location was very handy too, close to Manuel Mont metro, Lider supermarket, bakeries, and the Providência market. I'd stay there again.

The view was the only decent part. The air conditioning was loud, the windows hadn't even been cleaned, and everything else was disgusting. The cutlery was dirty, the walls stained and damp, and the bathroom ceiling was gross. Three cockroaches showed up while I was there. The bed was in worse shape than my own, which is over 10 years old. I wouldn't recommend this horrible apartment at all.

This is an apart hotel, so expect help from a willing front desk rather than full hotel service. That worked fine for me, since you're essentially renting an apartment. It's very well equipped, with good Internet, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and daily cleaning. Great value, and it's right on the same sidewalk as the metro.
