We got good value for the price, even though the apartment wasn’t especially modern and our TV didn’t work. I’m sure they would have sent someone to fix it if we’d asked. The location felt very safe, near major attractions and the metro. We don’t speak any Spanish, but managed fine with Google Translate and WhatsApp. The service was so kind and hospitable. Staff kept our bags while we explored after we asked for an early check-in, and when I messaged on WhatsApp because I was cold at night, she sent someone with a blanket right away. I’m really grateful for that.

The location was the best part, with Plaza del Armas, La moneda metro station, and plenty of markets nearby. The area felt safe, there was staff at reception around the clock, and lots of security cameras. The staff didn’t speak English, but we got by despite not speaking Spanish. The apartment was fine, though neither very modern nor especially clean. Beds were comfortable, but the blankets could have been thicker. We were on the 10th floor and heard some noise at night, so earplugs helped. There was a pool and sun terrace on the roof, though I think the pool was only for residents. The TV was large and had Netflix, Spotify, and YouTube. There was also a balcony and kitchen. Good price, too.

I really enjoyed the city view from the hotel's balcony. The hotel is at Teatinos 690, and everything is within walking distance. My stay was pleasant, the room was great, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi and a smart TV were available too.

The centro location was handy, but I didn’t find the place very clean. The sheets had visible stains even though they seemed clean, and we had to ask for towels. Don’t expect much communication from management.
