The Expedia deal was great value for the quality of the hotel. Check-in was friendly and easy, and the room was modern, functional, nicely designed, and very clean.

A big thank you for such a nice experience. The breakfast staff were friendly and professional, and Perla deserves a special mention. She was incredibly caring and helpful, with a real human touch you don’t see much these days.

After a six-hour drive, we reached the hotel at 6 p.m. with a booking made through a third-party site, only to be told by the manager that there were no rooms. I showed him on my phone that they were still selling rooms online for that same night. He couldn’t give us a refund, and we spent 45 minutes in the lobby trying to get the travel agency to book us somewhere else. Just as we were leaving, a room suddenly became available, apparently one that had been meant for another guest. It left me wondering whether they regularly give away reservations. Travelers need to be able to count on a booking, especially after a long trip. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else if reliability and peace of mind matter to you.

I booked three nights, Dec 8-11, 2025, and told the hotel I’d arrive early on the second day so I wouldn’t have to wait for the 3 p.m. check-in. They canceled my reservation and made a new one for two nights, but still charged me for three. I emailed and called, but never got a valid explanation.
