Watch out, they are scammers! I was left without hot water, cooking gas, internet, electricity, or heating, and the house was cold. There's an Alexa-type speaker. After I connected to it, they said I'd messed up the internet settings and that the warranty would cover a technician, but they showed me no proof. Nobody came to meet me or hand over the keys, either. They asked for a deposit, then came up with a flimsy excuse to keep it. Be careful!

OCEANA SUITES felt like a rip-off to me. The house was incredibly dark and freezing, and the service was terrible. They cut off the gas on my second day, and it didn't come back until the following day. They offered no solution, and the clogged toilet was left unrepaired. There was no internet, either. They also refused to return my deposit, saying I'd bothered the neighbor by asking for salt and matches because the house had none.

The bathroom was dirty and clogged, with feces in it, and nobody offered a solution. The house was dark and freezing, with no heating or hot water. It was a terrible stay and the service was just as bad. When the day came for my deposit to be returned, nobody answered, and I still haven't got it back. They're scammers.
