The room was new and really comfortable, designed with the guest in mind. I've never stayed at a hotel that put a water filter in the room before, and I thought that was incredible. The view is marvelous, and the location is perfect too. Breakfast was super good. Service was wonderful from the moment I arrived, including the thoughtful surprise of a warm cookie. A wonderful experience.

The lounge was beautifully designed and comfortable, a lovely spot to relax for a quiet moment. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices and fresh food. The hotel is ideally located, close to what you need and convenient for getting around. It felt accessible and safe for exploring the area. I also loved the spectacular view, which stayed special whether I looked out in the morning or evening. The staff were excellent from start to finish, always friendly, attentive, professional, and ready to help. Everyone I interacted with seemed to truly care, and that made a difference. My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Kennedy was wonderful. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooftop restaurant and terrace had a magnificent view, and the staff there were amazing. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and well kept, and you can actually open one of the windows, which was a pleasant surprise as an American. This was my first visit to Chile, with my mom and aunts, and the service overall was impeccable. I especially want to recognize Moises, Adriana, Elias, and the restaurant hostess, whose name I didn't catch. She had glasses and a ponytail during our stay. They were all impeccable and candid in their service. My only complaint was an encounter after breakfast in the restaurant. An employee named Evelyn was extremely rude to me. I'm not fluent in Spanish, so I can't say for sure what she said, but her expression and tone made it clear it wasn't kind.

The hotel is nice, with city and mountain views from all the rooms. Housekeeping came every day, and the bar and breakfast kitchen on the 17th floor were nice. Customer service was great, and there was underground parking and English-speaking staff. You'll need to reserve the hotel. My only complaint is that the gym needs some attention.

Breakfast was great, and the room service was good. My friend and I had a twin room on the 7th floor, with a nice view of the front street and green space. The laundry service was closed on weekends.
