The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the hotel was clean. The street is quiet, too. But the room was tiny, with no table or chair, and the thin walls let through a lot of noise. I had trouble with the WiFi, hot water was rarely available, and the safe didn’t work properly. The staff also don’t speak English.

The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was great, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. It’s a nice place to stay in Santiago, with a good location. There’s no elevator, just stairs, which was difficult with all my luggage. I also missed having a fan or air conditioning in the room, though I still slept okay during Santiago’s summer. The hot water was out for almost a day during my stay.

The staff were friendly, and that’s what earned the stars. The internet wasn’t very good, the shower flooded, and there were five power surge problems in a week.
