We loved our stay. There was always someone available when we needed help, and they even packed breakfast for our early departure on the last day. The mansion is charming, the rooms were spotless, and having coffee in the garden or the lovely lobby while waiting for eggs made a great start to the day.

The room was on the small side, but nicely furnished and had air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of choices, and I especially recommend the omelet. Staff were friendly and gave us useful restaurant tips. There’s also a cozy garden where you can have a drink from the bar. A real Santiago gem, with a great atmosphere and a central location.

The garden at the back is a lovely spot to unwind in the evening, and there are good restaurants nearby, including Las Vacas Gordas. Plaza Brasil is very close, and La Moneda is within walking distance. As just about every review says, the hotel itself is very good too.

We spent two nights here on our honeymoon. The staff were warm and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. It was well placed for seeing the city, yet quiet too.

The included breakfast was amazing, with lots of fruit, omelets and other made-to-order dishes, plus fresh juice, coffee, and tea. They even brought gluten-free bread. The staff were wonderful, polite, and helpful. They suggested some fantastic traditional Chilean restaurants and helped arrange both a city tour and a trekking tour in the Ramón. The hotel sits just outside the very commercial area, which gave us a chance to get a feel for the city. It’s a charming historic building in Santiago, with quaint gardens. I’m looking forward to exploring the city more.
