The place was old, and it still wasn't ready when I arrived at 1600 hrs. There was no air conditioning.

It's only 2/3 blocks from Costanera Center, and the concierge staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The place itself was rather old and dirty, with blocked drains and a pretty dangerous staircase. The TV was just a PC monitor.

The Studio felt cramped even for two people, especially the tiny bathroom. Next time I'll go for the Apartment.

I wouldn't recommend it. Service was very poor, and the place was dirty and moldy. The shower had makeshift repairs that were badly done, and the electrical outlets either made noises or didn't work. After one night I had a headache. I hope the bill comes in three days; if it doesn't, I'll have another complaint. I've already reported it to the SEC (Secretariat of Consumer Affairs), the municipality, and the Ministry of Health, though I doubt anything will be done because the owners are so arrogant.
