For a 20-hour stop in Santiago, this worked out well and I’d happily stay again for the price. The hotel arranged an airport taxi when I booked, which saved me the stress of figuring that out in a new country, and also set up an afternoon tour. It was easy to walk to the shopping complex and tour bus, and I felt safe in the area. The staff held my luggage while I was out and helped with what I needed. My room had a kitchenette, a balcony I didn’t get to use, and plenty of space. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower was hot, and there was a safe for valuables. The taxi was late the next day, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I still caught my flight after running to the gate, despite a huge passport control line! I booked through bookings.

I was there for one work night and went to bed around 9 pm. At 10:30, a man came into my room. I was frightened and told him to leave, but he kept asking my name. Reception said he was another guest, and he claimed he was staying in my room. The hotel had handed him my key without checking anything. Their response was just, "Oops, I'm sorry." That’s dangerously careless.

The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean, quiet enough, and spacious. The staff are professional, kind, and helpful, and many have been here as long as I’ve been a customer. I’ve returned on and off since 2012, and it’s always nice to come back. For the price, it’s a decent hotel. My only small gripe is that the shower could use temperature flow regulators.

The staff make the stay especially pleasant, everyone was kind and ready to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the metro is nearby. A very nice hotel right in the city center, I recommend staying here.

I keep coming back here. It’s one of the better places in this neighborhood, with a very clean, well-managed feel and a solid breakfast.
