Holiday Inn Express Santiago Las Condes by IHG

The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, and the location was convenient. It would have been helpful to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

The hotel is well located, just 700 meters from Constanera Center, and the rooms were great. The staff were really kind. The breakfast room is a bit small, so I'd suggest going early. Exceptional!

The breakfast selection suited all tastes and was better than we expected. Restaurant staff kept the food stocked, tables spotless, and coffee and refreshments available. Housekeeping also kept our room fresh and tidy each day. One useful surprise was the tour vans often parked outside. We eventually found out they were a taxi service for guests, with fares similar to Uber or regular taxis. It was convenient, and the hotel could help by putting up a sign or telling guests at check-in. We spent 11 nights at Holiday Inn Express, Las Condes, and the location made getting around easy, with restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls within walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained, and our room had the amenities we needed and a very cozy bed. Service from everyone was outstanding, especially Juan and Javiera at reception. They were professional, friendly, and happy to handle every request with a smile. We've stayed in many hotels while traveling, and this was the best service we've ever received. We'd happily come back and highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, Las Condes, for a comfortable stay in Santiago.

The location is great, with plenty of malls and restaurants you can walk to. I was there for a business trip, and found it an average hotel, nothing special. The breakfast felt too simple and lacking to me. It's a good option if you're traveling solo or as a couple.
