The breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. It was clean and quiet too. About as good as a place gets. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Santiago.

Loved it!! The beds were comfy, the rooms were nice, and everything was very clean. The staff were nice too. It's close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.

We came back for a second stay and were just as delighted. Our family of four had plenty of room, almost like being in an apartment, and the rooms are well equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Breakfast is generous and the service is friendly. It's easy to find, a short walk from Baquedano or Bustamante metro stations, about 8-10 minutes. The neighborhood feels quiet and safe, with plenty of shops and services. I highly recommend this hostel.

The neighborhood is lovely, with old houses and beautiful architecture, and it's peaceful at night. It's around 700 meters from Baquedano metro station and close to a supermarket. We came from the regions to the capital and really appreciated having a quiet place to rest day or night. The hostel is clean, the rooms are excellent and fully equipped, and it's ideal for couples with children or adults looking for a pleasant, quiet stay. Prices are good, and the staff's attention was excellent, truly 100%. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and had a variety of things: cereals, yogurt, milk, coffee, jams, custard, fresh bread, and egg pans, with service that wasn't obstructed.
