The shower water was amazingly hot, and I liked that they brought breakfast to our room at the time we asked for. Still, I wouldn't return. The bathroom didn't seem properly cleaned, since I found dirt and grime in the shower and had to clean it myself. When we first arrived, the man helping us, whose name I don't know, rolled his eyes and seemed frustrated. His attitude got better as he helped, but after an exhausting and frustrating travel day, that first impression didn't make us feel welcome. Maybe it was the language barrier. Everyone else was very nice. I've only stayed in a hostel twice, and I strongly prefer hotels, so keep in mind I'm probably not the target audience.

The location was what won me over. We rented two rooms for two nights in October 2024, for $40 per room per night, which seemed reasonable. The mural art was between the hostel and Galindo restaurant. The kitchen was so-so, but everything else was perfect. One host spoke English and another Spanish, and paying at the hotel worked well for us. Leo, the English-speaking host, was incredibly helpful. He carried our luggage and talked to the rental car owner in puerto Natales, who had failed to deliver the car we'd rented. The replacement was much smaller. Leo even went the extra mile to put a local Chilean Sim in our phone and help us get it started. Our family can't thank him enough.

The whole hotel was very quiet, and the host was nice. The rooms were bright and really clean. There's a nice rooftop terrace where you can sit and have a few beers or something. Full recommendation!

After staying in a few places in Santiago, this one was easily my favorite. The room was beautiful, and everyone was so friendly. I'd definitely recommend it!
