The room and the cleaning were both okay. Getting hold of the administration to ask for things, like toilet paper, was a bit difficult. I know it isn’t a hotel, but having a better way to get help would be good. There’s also no phone number that gets answered outside business hours, so if an emergency comes up after hours, say at 7 PM, you can’t reach anyone.

The location is excellent, and it’s good value for the money. There’s a pool and a shared common area.
The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is great. But cleaning fell short: on the second-to-last day, our room wasn’t cleaned, even though our friends’ room on the same floor was. We hadn’t been given extra toilet paper, so when ours ran out, we had to ask our friends for some. We also never got to see the pool. We tried to visit four times, but the door was locked each time, even though it was within the hours it was supposed to be open.
The apartments sleep up to three and include all services. The bedroom and rooftop pool have excellent views, and WiFi is included. Underground parking is available for an extra fee. Costanera Center mall is just a few blocks away, with banks, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby.
