We hadn't planned much for our stop in Santiago, but they took us in and sorted everything out right from the start. The team handled it professionally and with real warmth. We were in Santiago with my family for just one night before heading to the mountains. The place was cozy and very clean, and we loved the beds, pillows, and blankets, all spotless. The only thing was that we found the house quite cold.

We came from Santa Fe, Argentina, to see our team play in the Copa Sudamericana. The hostel's location was great, and the staff were super friendly. Our rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and breakfast decent. We didn't stay long and wish we could have stayed longer. Best wishes from the guys at Unión de Santa Fe.

In Ñuñoa, Hostal Boonen feels like a peaceful little hideaway despite being in the city. The gardens and shared spaces are lovely for sitting with a coffee or a book, and the staff are warm, attentive, and ready to make your stay special. Rooms are cozy and clean, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. It’s charming and quiet while still close to everything. A hidden gem, and I'll definitely be back.

They were fully booked, so we could only stay one night, but we had a really good experience and would recommend it. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and Any took excellent care of us. We'll be back!
