One Nk Apartments

It’s a very nice apartment in the financial district, with a safe feel, a subway line nearby, and an easy walk to some high-end shopping centers. Daily housekeeping was offered, and on the first day the cleanliness was so strong the place smelled of disinfectant. The living room TV is outdated, has only basic channels, and couldn’t load apps. Bathroom grout needs some mold cleaning, and the rusty shower heads could be replaced. The second bedroom is tiny, probably suited to kids or one adult. Still a nice place to stay.

The staff were great and helpful, but maintenance problems were obvious across our rooms, as we were staying with two other rooms too. The shower needs work: the water was weak and suddenly turned cold. Kitchenware was okay. The floor was dirty, and the extra blanket for the sofa bed had odd stains and clearly hadn’t been washed in days.

A great little hotel in an easy Los Condes location. The front desk team was solid, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the elevators were fast. Very happy with this hotel.

We only stayed one night, but the apartments were well made, clean, and comfortable. It’s an easy area for getting what you need: Manquehue station is a two minute walk, mall Apumanque is four minutes away, and there are restaurants, beauty salons, and many small businesses nearby. Falabella and Lider are also within walking distance. I think we’ll come back.
