We liked it enough to come back and stayed here twice. It’s a clean, comfortable hostel in central Santiago, with helpful staff who check in on you, and the tours are excellent. The rooms are simple, but have what you need. There’s a good mix of spaces for quiet time, socializing, relaxing, or getting work done. They put on plenty of activities for younger guests, including bar crawls and nights out at discos. I’d recommend it 100 percent.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the hostel had a great balance between being social at night and relaxed during the day. It’s near the best neighborhoods, all within walking distance. There’s a fitness area, a well-stocked kitchen, and a place to hang out. I really enjoyed staying here, and it made my time in Santiago even better. Best hostel we’ve stayed at so far!

After an overnight flight, we had a long layover at Santiago Airport and went to Providencia for the day. They kindly let us use a room in the common area to rest our tired heads and take a much-needed shower. It was spacious, quiet, and very well equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They clearly try to bring a little extra happiness and sunshine to people. Highly recommend ☺️

The breakfast was delicious, the showers were good, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The new entrance is convenient and safe, and there’s a competing parking outside. I’d recommend the place to older travelers too. I met several Europeans who were having a great experience. This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The staff are the best, and there’s a full range of facilities: coworking and living areas, a terrace, fitness center, and several kitchens spread throughout the huge complex.

I had a private room and bathroom. The service was awesome, and Pato was extremely helpful. The property is quite large, with areas that feel a bit separate from one another. It was somewhat noisy, but it was Saturday night and there was some kind of bachelor party at the hostel.
