The apartment was really cozy, a fully equipped duplex with a bathtub, appliances, and heaters. There wasn't room service, though a woman brought breakfast and served it in the room. From where I stayed, the view of the mountains was incredible. The location was great, right in the center near currency exchange offices and the metro, like being downtown in São Paulo. I really liked Chile, it exceeded my expectations. One thing, I went during snowy weather, so the rooftop pool was closed and I couldn't even go up to take photos.

When I got to the room, the towels, floor cloth, toilet paper, hair dryer, and iron listed in the ad were all missing. Then I lost my key the next day, and there was no 24 hour reception as advertised. I sat on the floor for three hours, thirsty and hungry, until the doorman kindly managed to find someone responsible. The breakfast was a joke: a third party brought it to the room at no set time, and it was instant coffee with no sugar. Room service only made the bed and did nothing else. After all that, the person in charge had the nerve to mark my Booking reservation as canceled, even though I'd paid the full amount in dollars. That meant I couldn't leave a review through Booking.

The apartment was filthy, with old, moldy sheets, disgusting stained bath towels, a broken shower, and kitchen utensils in terrible condition. The reception was confusing and hidden, too. We tried breakfast on the first day and had no words for it, so we didn't order again. Better to find one of the neighborhood cafes. We asked for fresh linens and cleaning the next day, but nobody even came to the apartment. We've traveled all over the world and never stayed in an apartment this poor. I don't recommend it. Zero out of ten.

What a disappointment. Our travel agency even filed a complaint for us. The apartments don't all seem to be the same quality, but ours was filthy and not ready when we arrived, with dated furniture, a dirty carpet, and torn curtains. We had to ask for drinking water and kitchen utensils, and they wanted a deposit for them. The common areas smelled awful. At least the building is in a great spot in the heart of Santiago, and it's much quieter than some other places. There's plenty that could be improved.

The administrators are dishonest. They charged my card twice after saying the first payment hadn't gone through, then refused to give the money back. I've already made countless complaints. I don't recommend them. Cheats and liars!
