We booked online, but when we arrived they said there were no rooms. There was nobody at reception, so we waited ages to learn they couldn't manage their booking system. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a reservation and arrived at 10:40pm. They were supposed to be open until 11pm, but nobody answered the door. I rang the bell and waited 20 minutes, then had to find somewhere else to stay. A bad experience.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I have to say, avoid this place. They didn't respect my privacy, and the owner should find another line of work. Hospitality isn't for him.

I paid for three days but only stayed one night, Friday to Saturday, because my ticket was changed at the last minute and there was nothing I could do. They insisted I give the place 5 stars and refunded me only 12,000. When I arrived, an old woman was lying on my bed, and my things had all been put on the other bed. Cleaning was supposed to be included, but nothing was done. The room was ordinary, yet I paid more than 70 Lucas for one night, and the bathroom was no better. Definitely the worst experience.
