We enjoyed the hotel’s Old World feel, and our room was very clean. The breakfast was a highlight, with the usual options plus a range of meats, cheeses, and desserts. All the staff provided excellent service, especially Tiare at the front desk.

The room was spacious and clean, with a safe for our valuables, and the shower had hot water quickly. It’s a good, safe location in Santiago. The furniture was quite old, though, and the room felt a bit dark.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is near a big shopping center. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

The rooms are kept to a high standard, though they could use a little updating. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the pool was quiet whenever we saw it. The hotel itself has an idyllic feel and sits in a top location for visiting the city. Everyone from reception to the service team was friendly and did their best to make us feel at home.

Everything was excellent, and we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and neat, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom shower was great. When we asked for hot water to make tea, it arrived upstairs in under five minutes. I’d only add more light in the bathroom, since it was so dark inside the shower that we could barely see. Breakfast was tasty. 10/10, would totally recommend!
