Kcar Hostel

It was dark, gloomy, cramped, and had no amenities. I really can't recommend this place. There are much better hostels a few blocks away, like Hostel de'l Tata.

The hostel feels welcoming, almost like home, and everyone was very friendly. It's clean, safe, and has all the necessary amenities, with affordable prices. Public transportation, restaurants, and bars are all nearby. The service was very good. 100% recommended.

There are single, double, and twin rooms, all with private bathrooms, cable TV, towels, and sheets. Someone cleans each room every morning. They give you your own room key, so you can come and go whenever you like without leaving it at reception. The hostel has three floors and a terrace upstairs, on an excellent avenue close to Parque Bustamente and Baquedano Metro Station. A supermarket and several restaurants are just a block away, including Peruvian, Mexican, and spots for coffee or tea. A very good place to stay for several days. Highly recommend it.

Check-in was delayed because the front desk didn't know the name on the reservation or even how many beds had been requested. The reception was terrible, and the managers were inefficient. The receptionist was rude as well. Avoid booking here.
