WiFi only showed up after what felt like a lot of praying, and breakfast was a disaster. The hotel is tiny and worn down, really only comfortable for dwarfs. There are proper hotels just a few hundred metres away.

The location works really well for the Pedro de Valdivia metro, with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and cafés, so it feels worth the price. The breakfast was tasty, and the rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean, with fresh, clean towels and bedding. We arrived after midnight to check in and were greeted by a very friendly woman at reception who helped us straight away. The reception staff were all kind and willing to help with what we needed. There was one problem, though: one employee smokes while cleaning rooms after guests leave, and the cigarette smell left behind is awful and suffocating.
