The location is the main draw, and one of the better spots in the city. The rooms are cozy and have what you need to prepare your own food. The downside is the loud portable air conditioner, which doesn't keep up on hotter days. Still, I'd recommend it and would come back.

A cozy, clean, spacious one-bedroom apartment in a very nice location. The supermarket is about a five-minute walk away, and a cleaner comes every other day. The metro is only a few minutes on foot. Highly recommended.

Management was friendly and efficient, usually getting back to requests within an hour. The one-bedroom apartment was clean and in good repair, as was the building. It had a small kitchenette with good equipment and free Wi-Fi. The location was excellent: two cafes sit right beside the building, and there are lots of bars and restaurants around the corner. There was plenty going on during the day and evening, the area was well lit, and we felt very safe. I'd highly recommend the place and stay again.
