Marta brought such warmth to the stay, and the staff were always attentive. The place is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details that honor the noble, often forgotten craft of tailoring. It’s in a great location, just minutes from many of Santiago’s cultural, historical, and commercial attractions. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.

Dna. Marta is so warm and welcoming. She knows the area inside out and makes you feel at home. She turned Santiago’s largest atelier into a hotel in tribute to her ill husband. The room looked exactly like the pictures online, and the hotel is in an upscale neighborhood with easy access to tourist spots and the metro. We recommend it!!!

Horrible. My husband was made to pay the reservation upfront through a PayPal account. When we arrived, the room was tiny and dirty, the bathroom had mold, and we could hear everything people said on the first floor. There was no air conditioning, and one of the window panes was broken. It’s just a poorly maintained house renting out tiny rooms.

The photos and attractive offer caught our eye, as did the idea of a boutique hotel near Costanera Center. But La Sastrería didn’t match what was advertised. The room was very small, and there were several things that needed fixing. It felt more like a house turned into a guesthouse than a boutique hotel. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

It was a great, quiet and comfortable stay. My flight left before breakfast was served, so they kindly left everything available for me. A 10 out of 10 experience.
