The cocktails were great and the location was good, but the visit felt disjointed. The outdoor rooftop bar was empty, yet it wasn’t open to people who weren’t hotel guests. The hostess seemed confused, as did the first server. Mauricio, our second server, was quite good, but by then the mood had been spoiled.

We chose The Singular Restaurant for my wife’s birthday, and it was a standout evening. The food was excellent, with every dish beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. Service felt world-class, warm, attentive, and professional, and the ambiance made the occasion feel more sophisticated. Highly recommended if you’re after elegant fine dining in Santiago.

The location and view are good, but we had a bad experience during our visit this evening, May 2. I told the waitress Rocio that the drink was too spicy for us to drink. She only said that the menu described it as spicy, and didn’t offer any other solution. She wasn’t friendly, and at the end asked, “any tips you would like to add to the check”? Of course not.

We had a wonderful dinner, and Mirko made it even better. He was kind, spoke English very well, and gave us great recommendations, describing each dish clearly. The food looked beautiful and tasted incredible. We were surprised by how generous the portions were for the price. A five-star experience!
