My mother was moved to another room without warning, but they kept charging us for the original room, and it was never sorted out. They also billed for manicures and pedicures that weren't done. We ran into trouble with visitors more than once, and it seemed to start whenever we offered the director constructive criticism. He doesn't seem willing to accept it, and I hope he learns to respond appropriately. There were only four or five days' notice about my mother's herpes outbreak. We gave 30 days' notice before she left, but her things still weren't ready when she arrived. They handed over dirty clothes and sheets, towels with feces on them, and hardly any of the diapers she'd brought. No toiletries were provided either. I wouldn't recommend this place under any circumstances.

My grandmother lived at Ramdas Residence for years, and I have nothing but lovely memories of the place. She never said she was mistreated, and whenever I visited, she was always well cared for and presentable. The staff were very accommodating, and the owner was consistently helpful. Her care was excellent in every respect.

My grandfather was given the wrong medication, and they kept him tied down overnight without signed consent from our family. The director confirmed he was restrained from 6 pm to 8 am because he woke at night and they didn't have enough staff to care for him. He developed sores from this. We pointed them out, but they denied it even though the wounds were visible on his body. At admission, they promised extra staff for all the patients, but we later found that wasn't true. They couldn't manage a common situation like an elderly person getting up at night. They had promised daily cleaning, moisturizing, and perfume, yet when we visited my grandfather, he wasn't even close to the condition they described. The director was negligent, mocking, and unprofessional. They seem very good at selling an image and charging for everything, including their diaper business. Don't put your family here. How can they keep someone restrained for those hours until he is injured?

My grandmother was always clean, dressed nicely, and clearly looked after with concern for her well-being. The activities they put together were beautiful and exciting, too. I'm grateful to Ramdas Residence for taking such good care of her. It's a wonderful place for our loved ones, and I'd choose it again without hesitation.
