The rooms feel new, spacious and quite comfortable, and there’s free parking in a secure garage. The property looks modern and welcoming, with a great location in Santiago. Check-in, though, was painfully slow, with a paper-based process. Breakfast is served in the very nice Ré restaurant, but the food was only average, maybe less.

The bed was comfortable, the room decent, and breakfast was good. The pool is small and warm, though it isn’t a jacuzzi. Service fell short when we asked about late checkout the night before leaving. Reception told us to call in the morning, then said too many guests had already requested it. Our toilet also wouldn’t flush.

We came with a group from Utah Valley University, and everyone enjoyed this comfortable, accommodating hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was even better during its regular hours. It’s close to a lovely mall and park, and well placed for other local stops on our itinerary.

The rooms were larger than average, with a full walk-in shower. Bathroom supplies were topped up daily, and the minibar and snacks had a good range. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and many spoke English. It’s near Santiago’s best mall and in a great location. The hotel does get busy, and breakfast was the same every day.

Our room was spotless, the beds were just right for a good night’s rest, and the views over Santiago were spectacular. The gym and pools were super clean, and the amenities were nice. From housekeeping to the front desk, the staff worked hard to give guests a great experience. They were friendly, and many spoke English.
