The rooms were clean, breakfast was satisfying, and there was plenty of variety. The workers were positive and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, and after trying it you won’t need to look for another one. The cafe is also a good choice for a light lunch and good coffee. If you need a hotel in that business area, you won’t regret it.

The location is far from the city centre, and shops around there shut early since it’s a business centre. The rooms were noisy and uncomfortable, with too few outlets. The staff weren’t friendly either. The breakfast is called a buffet, but we had a poor experience: the portions were small, the yogurts were expired, and they wouldn’t let us take coffee in a takeaway cup. Honestly, I don’t think this hotel deserves its four-star rating. I’d recommend looking at other options.

The rest of the stay was really fine, so four stars overall. The hotel is okay for the brand, but coffee, dinner, and bar service could be much better for the prices. The heater in my room usually didn’t work and made a lot of noise. The bathroom drains also couldn’t clear all the water, which was kind of disgusting.

The breakfast was good and delicious, and I liked the hotel, especially since it was so close to my office. One suggestion: when it’s raining and customers don’t have umbrellas, lending them some could be an extra point for your service.
