The location is handy, close to metro stations, Plaza de Armas, and Central Market. My room had a good amount of space, with a small kitchen and living area plus a bedroom, though having the air conditioning in the living room wasn't ideal. I was assigned a different room category than I booked, but they sorted that out quickly. At breakfast, I sometimes had to wait for a table when the large hotel was full, and the staff seemed overwhelmed at times. The elevators are frustratingly slow, and the room key is needed to unlock the floor buttons. That control was faulty in one of the three elevators. The restaurant is decent but somewhat overpriced, and it doesn't serve alcohol.

It's an okay option for the price, especially with its convenient position near the city center. The main drawbacks for us were the restaurant, with a very expensive dinner and a breakfast that wasn't great, and the elevators, which can take a while to reach your floor at busy times.

We were quite satisfied with what we got for the money, including a very complete American breakfast, and the place was very clean and comfortable. There's no kitchen for cooking, but they provide the essentials. It has a pool, though we didn't have time to use it.

The front desk staff were great, and the location worked well for walking to key spots such as Plaza de Armas and plenty of places to eat. The rooms are good, though a little tired.

The location is great for visiting the Brasil and Cocha y Toro neighborhoods, and you can walk into downtown. The hotel isn't upscale and the views aren't much, but it felt cozy and homey, like a small apartment where you could feel like a city resident. I'd check the room before settling in, since some are in worse condition than others.
