We were in the heart of Lastarria, with restaurants and activities close by. The hotel gave new arrivals a complimentary drink, and breakfast was amazing with a view of the surroundings. The team made our stay enjoyable, and we’d return to this charming Santiago location. We were greeted professionally and respectfully. We don’t know much Spanish, but the staff helped us in so many ways, including communicating with the airport when one of our suitcases was sent to Montreal on a different trip and arranging to have it delivered to the hotel.

The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the rooms felt very modern. We loved our two nights here. The neighborhood is vibrant, clean, and has good restaurants and a street market. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and since our Spanish is poor, it was great that they were accommodating and spoke English well. Highly recommend!

We’ve now stayed at this hotel twice on visits to Santiago, and we highly recommend it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast, which was included, was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions.

Breakfast on the rooftop, with views of the Andes, was a brilliant way to start the day. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. You’re right in the heart of Lastarria, with great restaurants, Parque Forestal, and Cerro Santa Lucía all on the doorstep. It made a perfect base for Santiago, and I’d stay again without hesitation.
